Clubhouse Manager

Our Clubhouse Manager, George Mintzer can be reached at 652-6800, extension 20. A Western New York native, George brings management experience from many private clubs, hotels and resorts in Florida, New York City and California including Disney, Four Seasons Resorts, JW Marriott and the Waldorf=Astoria. He also holds a certification as a wine sommelier.

Executive Chef

Executive Chef Steve Funnell has more than 25 years of experience in the food industry and has served as the banquet/a la carte chef at the Protocol Restaurant, the executive chef of the Niagara Falls Conference Center, and the Premium Clubs and Suites chef at Ralph Wilson Stadium, among others. He is a member of the American Culinary Federation and holds an American Culinary Federation certificate.
